We’re looking for a Creative Lead who can own the entire creative direction of our agency — from strategy to execution — and elevate our short-form content output to a world-class level.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, editing, brand positioning, and data-driven marketing. You will work closely with our Strategy Lead, mentor our content creators, and ensure our clients’ marketing assets are not just “beautiful” but drive real performance.
Creative Direction & Leadership
Define the creative direction for all clients based on their brand, ICP, and growth stage.
Translate strategy insights into compelling short-form video concepts.
Lead brainstorms, pitch creative angles, and refine concepts before production.
Maintain and evolve the agency’s internal creative standards.
Mentor & Develop Content Creators
Coach junior editors and creators on pacing, hooks, storytelling, and retention techniques.
Provide structured feedback loops: pre-production briefs → draft reviews → final cuts.
Train team on best practices for Meta, and IG Reels.
Help them understand how to read data (retention graphs, drop-off points, CTR) to improve output.
Data-Driven Content Planning (with Strategy Lead)
Turn campaign results + past performance data into new winning content ideas.
Identify patterns in content that works.
Build “content systems” — reusable formats, templates, and story structures that scale.
Work with the strategy lead to ensure every creative has a purpose (awareness, demand gen, conversion).
Production Ownership
Direct video shoots with creators, clients, and talent.
Guide framing, lighting, tone, energy, and pacing.
Oversee scripting, shot lists, and storyboards.
Ensure all footage captured supports the editing and final narrative.
Editing Direction (Not Editing Everything, But Leading It)
Provide clear editing direction, i.e. Hook options, Caption styles, Music + SFX direction, Pacing + transitions, On-screen structure to maximise retention
Do spot edits or final cuts only when necessary (for high-stakes campaigns).
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Ensure all creative follows brand tone, visual language, and messaging.
Approve final creatives before they are published.
Maintain quality across static, video, and motion graphics.
Innovation & Trend Watching
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in short-form content, virality psychology, and Meta ad creatives.
Introduce new creative formats, editing styles, or storytelling frameworks that give clients an edge.
Creative & Technical
3–5+ years experience in video editing, creative direction, or digital content creation
Strong understanding of short-form content platforms (Meta Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Ability to craft hooks, story arcs, and content structures that retain attention
Familiarity with editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)
Strong grasp of visual design: framing, lighting, colour, typography
Able to direct shoots confidently (talent, clients, team members)
Strategic & Analytical
Experience working with marketing teams or content teams
Ability to read performance data (retention graphs, CPM/CTR metrics, thumb-stop rate)
Understand how creatives influence performance marketing outcomes
Comfortable making decisions based on data, not “taste” only
Ability to collaborate with strategists to turn insights into creative concepts

Strong ability to mentor and coach junior editors
Able to articulate clear feedback and creative direction
Comfortable leading brainstorms and presenting creative ideas to internal team and clients

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our creative team across multiple client accounts and marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who wants hands-on experience, exposure to real client work, and the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
You will be working closely with the Creative Lead, content creators, and marketing team to produce visual assets that are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Social Media Design
Design visuals for social media platforms (Instagram posts, carousels, Stories, Reels covers).
Adapt designs to different formats while maintaining consistency.
Support content calendars with timely and accurate design execution.
Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral
Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
Prepare print-ready files when required.
Assist in creating campaign assets for both digital and offline use.
Packaging & Brand Design
Support packaging design projects and brand applications.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and client positioning.
Assist with mockups and presentation visuals.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Follow and apply brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Ensure visual quality, alignment, spacing, and typography meet agency standards.
Make revisions based on internal feedback and client requirements.
Collaboration & Workflow
Work closely with the Creative Lead and content team to execute creative ideas.
Manage assigned tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Participate in creative discussions and contribute design ideas when appropriate.
Technical & Creative
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic to intermediate proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva.
Strong understanding of layout, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines accurately.
